Kyle Daly

Hello! my name is Kyle Daly, I currently play Football and baseball at Hudson Valley Community College. I am constantly training and getting better at sports wether it is my speed training program that I do, or lifting weights, or even just focusing on technique and muscle memory. My knowledge for both sports and training is higher then the average person. I would love to teach kids everything that I wish i knew as a kid. I am a leader and encourage everyone to learn from sports as it is more about the life lessons you learn along the way rather then just winning.
